The current scenario we are living through is indeed very new and strange for all of us. In calling up clients and other people I know just to touch base and see how everyone is doing it’s become apparent to me these times mean different things to different people and there’s no denying that the consequences for some families have been severe. There are countless sources of advice on how to keep your life in balance through this time but its clear that some are handling the crisis better than others. Well intentioned advice may suit some better than others. So what is important to remember? Thoughts that have resonated well with me involve keeping your life in momentum. What does that mean exactly? Preventing yourself from falling into a rut, not allowing every day to “seem the same”. People that have done well in life generally talk about trying to find opportunities in what at first seems like a huge problem. Maybe this is an opportunity for you to change something in your life you’ve always wanted to but couldn’t find the space in your busy schedule to do it. Moving forward, staying positive, and not looking too far in the future helps to keep life interesting, even now.
